A retreat with Vedaji

THE CIRCADIAN RESET RETREAT

Seven days of silence, natural darkness, nature, healthy vegetarian food, vipassana, yoga asana, kirtan, and self-reflection.

What are you serving in your life, and why?

Your body runs on a clock older than language itself — one built for real sunlight and true dark, movement and rest, hunger and slow, deliberate eating. Most of us haven't lived inside that rhythm in years, or ever.

This retreat exists to interrupt that static completely.

WHY
This isn't about thinking your way through your life. It's about seeing — plainly, mechanically — how and why you're living the way you are. You don't need any particular belief system to find that worth investigating. You just need to be willing to sit still long enough to notice it.

WHAT
Mornings begin with real sunlight instead of an alarm. Yoga moves the body into rhythm before the mind runs ahead of it. Vipassana sharpens focus through repetition, not belief. Meals are slow, plant-based, and free of distraction. Evenings close in true darkness.

WHO
This is for anyone ready for a total circadian and nervous system reset — no experience required, just willingness. Alongside resetting your circadian rhythm, you'll rebuild a steadier connection with yourself and your relationship with food.

Dates & Pricing — Coming Soon

The next Circadian Reset Retreat is currently being scheduled. Because this retreat is small, intentional, and built around real silence and real darkness, we don't open it to everyone who signs up. Every applicant is interviewed first to make sure this is the right fit, at the right time.

If you're ready to be considered, apply now. We'll follow up to schedule a short conversation, and you'll be among the first to know dates and pricing once they're set.

Request an interview for the Retreat

Dates and pricing are still being finalized. Applying now simply puts you in line for an interview and early access once they're announced.

Tell us a bit about yourself, and we'll follow up to schedule a short conversation about the retreat.
