WHY

What are you serving in your life, and why?

This retreat isn't about thinking your way through your life. It's about seeing — plainly, mechanically — how and why you're living the way you are. Most of what drives daily behavior isn't conscious. It's autopilot: habit loops, notification triggers, a low hum of stress that never fully resets because there's always another input. You don't need any particular belief system to find that worth investigating.

You just need to be willing to sit still long enough to notice it.

In a world of endless distraction, most people move through life unaware of the patterns actually driving them - not for lack of insight, but for lack of conditions quiet enough to see it in. This retreat creates those conditions: real stillness, real slowness, long enough for the noise to settle and what's underneath it to become visible. What you do with that clarity afterward is yours to decide.

But you can't act on what you can't see - and right now, most of us are never still enough to look.

WHAT

Seven days of silence, natural darkness, nature, healthy vegetarian food, vipassana, yoga asana, kirtan, and self-reflection.

Mornings begin with real sunlight instead of an alarm, the fastest way known to reset a circadian clock. Yoga asana moves the body into rhythm before the mind has a chance to run ahead of it.

Vipassana, one of the oldest attention-training methods in existence, sharpens focus the same way physical training sharpens muscle: through repetition, not belief. Meals are slow, plant-based, and free of distraction, giving digestion and appetite room to function the way they're built to, instead of competing with a screen. Evenings close in true darkness, letting the body's own sleep chemistry do its work uninterrupted. And kirtan, call-and-response chanting, felt more than analyzed, offers a different way into rhythm, through breath and voice instead of thought. Woven through all of it: long stretches of unstructured time, where the mind, finally free of input, starts to say something worth hearing.

WHO

Are you ready for a total circadian and nervous system reset?

Your body runs on a clock older than language itself — one built for real sunlight and true dark, movement and rest, hunger and slow, deliberate eating. Most of us haven't lived inside that rhythm in years, or ever. We wake to alarms instead of light, eat while distracted, and fall asleep with our nervous systems still half-lit by screens and unfinished thoughts. The cost isn't just bad sleep. It's a low-grade static that never fully clears, stress hormones that stay elevated, an appetite for rest that never gets satisfied, a sense of self that feels slightly out of reach even in quiet moments.

This retreat exists to interrupt that static completely. Alongside resetting your circadian rhythm to its natural cycle, you'll rebuild a steadier connection with yourself and reorient your relationship with food. Not as ideas you think about, but as something your body relearns, day after day, until it recalibrates on its own. This trifecta, sleep, self, and sustenance, sits underneath everything else in your life. Reset it, and everything built on top of it shifts too.
